The 7-Day Listing Launch Plan (Plug & Play)
Day 1: Strategy & Walk-Through
- Define target buyer + must-sell features (lifestyle, schools, commute).
- Pre-listing walk-through with us as your secret weapon to prioritize living/dining/kitchen + primary suite.
- Set shoot date and go-live date (aim to publish within 24 hours of media delivery).
Day 2: Edit & Prep

Day 4: Media Day

- Capture neighborhood cues (park, coffee, trails) for social assets.
Day 5: Marketing Build
- MLS copy, photo order, CTA overlays for reels.
- 1 carousel (“What $X buys in [Area]”), 1 teaser reel, 1 agent VO, 2 Stories.
Day 6: Go Live
- Launch MLS + socials within 24 hours of media delivery.
- Email your sphere and top agent network with the hero set + reel.
Day 7: Follow-Up Plan
- Showing feedback script; response flow.
- Adjustments list (only after 10–14 days and with data).
